Work covers NHS delivery and healthcare tools. Play is what I build when curiosity wins.
During live NHS rollouts I kept seeing the same problem: clinicians supported the product but did not have spare time to run every onboarding step. I helped shape a digital-navigator and managed-service model that moves practical support away from already stretched clinical teams.
At the Mood Disorder Clinic I built a secure self-referral pathway, website and clearer patient communications. Referrals increased by 300%, and appointment allocation fell to under seven days.
I built this after spending too much time hunting through inconsistent NHS websites. It gathers board papers, strategies and datasets across 47 mental health trusts, 42 ICBs and eight national sources, while keeping failures visible enough to repair.
I needed realistic NHS numbers for testing without any chance of using a real patient identifier. This browser tool creates plausible-looking numbers that are guaranteed to fail the official checksum.
I wanted colourful charts without having to guess whether the labels would still be readable. This tool generates palettes of three to sixteen colours and checks the result against WCAG contrast targets.
I built this to make the assumptions behind a psychosis impact estimate easier to see and challenge. It lets someone change relapse, cost and inpatient inputs rather than accepting one polished headline number.
